1. Service Provider and User

The service provider is 3Dtech, with headquarters in Zagreb, Avenija Dubrovnik 15 (further: Service Provider).

The service provider allows its users to use the services and content of the website izzi3dprinters.com (hereinafter: the Site), and the conditions for using the services and content of the Site are regulated by these Terms of Use of the Site (hereinafter: Terms of Use).

A user is any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Website (hereinafter: User).

2. General Provisions

By using any part of the content or services belonging to the Site, regardless of the method of use, it is considered that the User is familiar with these Terms of Use and fully understands and accepts them.

The service provider reserves the right to change the appearance, content and scope of the Site, all services, pages and subpages that are an integral part of the Site as well as these Terms of Use. The User will be notified of changes to these Terms of Use by posting on the izzi3dprinters.com website, which will show that the Terms of Use have been changed.   • When using the content of the Site, the user undertakes to respect the copyright of the Service Provider in its entirety, in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Act and other related rights.
  • The user does not have the right to use individual parts of the content published on the Site in such a way as to duplicate, transfer, further distribute and the like. All forms of further distribution of any part of the content of the Site, i.e. duplication, copying, transmission, or enabling third parties to use them, as well as their processing, are expressly prohibited.

The service provider claims copyright on all its own content (text content, graphics, databases, program code, etc.). Unauthorized use of any part of these contents is considered a violation of copyright of the Service Provider.

The User is liable to the Service Provider for damage caused to the Service Provider by violating the provisions of this chapter of the Terms of Use.

4. Connection to Other Internet Sites

If the Site contains links to Internet pages that are not maintained by the Service Provider, the Service Provider is not responsible for the content of those pages in any part.

In order to make visiting our website as simple as possible, this site must save a small amount of information on your computer, the so-called cookies.
